What Vantage is
What is Vantage?
Vantage is an assistant that runs the digital side of a small ecommerce store. It drafts the ads, the listings, the prices, the images, and the plans for getting found, then waits for your approval before anything goes live. You make the product. Vantage runs the store.
Is Vantage an agency?
No. There are no account managers and no monthly retainer. Vantage does the work itself, and you set the direction.
Is Vantage a course?
No. Vantage doesn't teach you to run the store. Vantage runs the store.
Is Vantage another dashboard I have to learn?
No. You talk to Vantage in plain language, and its finished work arrives in one approval queue. There is nothing to configure daily and no analytics maze to interpret. A tool waits for you to drive it. An assistant carries the work to you.
Is Vantage AI or a team of people?
Vantage is AI software. The drafts in your queue are produced by the assistant itself, not by account managers or an outsourced team working behind a curtain. People build and supervise the product. The work is machine-made and owner-approved, and every draft states what it would change and why.
How is Vantage different from the AI helpers built into store platforms?
Built-in helpers answer questions and assist while you do the work. Vantage carries whole areas of the store end to end, works unprompted, and brings you finished drafts to approve instead of suggestions to act on.
Platforms
Does Vantage work with Shopify?
Yes. Vantage connects to your existing Shopify store. Your store stays exactly where it is. Vantage plugs into it rather than replacing anything, with no replatforming and no manual exports.
What about WooCommerce, Amazon, or other platforms?
The goal is the whole spread a small store actually uses. Storefronts like Shopify and WooCommerce, marketplaces like Amazon and Etsy, and the ad and social channels around them. The beta rolls out area by area, and your waitlist position holds throughout.
What Vantage does
What work does Vantage handle?
Vantage is being built to carry the store's digital day-to-day. Ads and marketing videos. Pricing, promotions, and trend suggestions. Listings and storefront upkeep. Product images. Getting found on Google and in AI search. Analytics, order coordination, and site health. It rolls out area by area as each one is ready.
Does Vantage run my ads?
Vantage drafts the ads, proposes the budgets, and watches the results daily, moving spend toward what converts. Every ad and every dollar waits for your approval first.
Can Vantage help my store get found on Google and in AI search?
Yes. Vantage keeps listings and pages written the way people actually search, current as your catalog changes, and legible to both search engines and the AI assistants that now answer buying questions.
Does Vantage watch trends?
Yes. Vantage watches what's breaking across platforms and tells you what fits your shelf, with draft listings, prices, and posts ready to approve while the window is still open.
Does Vantage talk to my customers?
Vantage drafts the replies and you send them. Your customers always hear from you.
Control and boundaries
Will Vantage publish or spend money without me?
Never. Every ad, price change, page edit, and dollar of spend sits in a queue until you approve it. This is how the whole system works, not a setting you have to find.
What does Vantage never touch?
Two things. The physical side of your business, meaning your product, your packing, and your shipping. And your money, which it can never move on its own.
What if I don't like what Vantage drafts?
You decline it, and nothing happens to your store. Declines also teach Vantage what you won't ship, which is half of learning your taste.
Isn't AI output slop?
A lot of it is, which is why nothing Vantage makes reaches your store without your review. Judge us on the drafts during the free beta. If the work isn't good, it costs you a tap to say no.
Beta and pricing
What does Vantage cost?
Nothing during the beta. Early waitlist members hear pricing first, before anyone else.
When does the beta open?
Seat by seat, in waitlist order, as each area of the product is ready. Joining early genuinely matters, because your position is your place in line.
What will the beta include on day one?
We're honest about this. The day-one capability set is still taking shape, and this page describes what Vantage is being built to do. Early users will shape which areas ship first.
Who is Vantage for?
Small ecommerce store owners. First-time founders and established stores both fit. Agencies and freelancers looking to resell the output are the one audience it isn't for.
How do I join the waitlist?
One email address in the form on this page. No card, no call, no pitch. Your spot in line is set the moment you join.
